Junior Training Choir

Emphasis is placed on the development of confidence and enjoyment in music making. Children develop skills in singing technique, ear training and music reading in a way which encourages personal expression in a relaxed and fun environment. Children begin work on the Sight Singing School resources using books and a web site.

The Junior Training Choir is more educationally oriented than performance oriented. However the Junior Training Choir does generally perform
3 or 4 times during the year, sometimes combined with the Senior Training Choir or main Choir.

The Junior Training Choir is taught by Elizabeth O'Leary with tutors Amelia Alder and Juliana Kay.
